Return Policy
You may return all unused and undamaged items purchased at Goalkeepers Direct within 7 days of the original delivery date.
Personalisation - Please choose carefully when ordering as personalised gloves cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is later deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please follow return policy instructions listed below:
1. Who pays the delivery costs if an item(s) is returned?
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking/postage cost fee of £5 per item.
2. How do I return an item(s)
2.1 Pack the item(s) along with any other paperwork in its original packaging, if possible. Please Note: Items MUST be in their original condition when returned to us.
2.2 Please remove any other labels on the outer packaging and add the following address to the front of the packaging:

2.3 Finally send your package back to us using Royal Mail 'Sign For' delivery service. (Please see point 1 for information regarding return delivery charges and refunds)
3. How will you credit my account?
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If the product is defective or the return is a result of our error we will refund your shipping cost as well as the item cost. Please Note: Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
4. I am unclear of the return process?

Glove condition after use
*PLEASE NOTE: The soft latex palm on your goalkeeper gloves will start to wear from the very first time you use them. We DO NOT accept returned goalkeeper gloves that have been worn.
